Connect Homes Nightmare: My Fight to Save My Land & Home

Dear Connect Homes Customer

You may be aware of the difficult situation we have been experiencing at Connect Homes. This

correspondence will hopefully provide some information to help you understand this better. Customers

are the lifeblood of any company and that is especially true at Connect Homes where our company was

founded on close working relationships with our customers. We know that building a home is a major

life decision and understand your concerns about Connect Homes.

Connect Homes is working through liquidity challenges. This has caused us to slow operations while we

work with our lender and also explore options with new potential capital sources to address the

problems.

Several promising leads have emerged from these processes and we hope to have an update soon. We

value our relationship with you and appreciate your patience so far and for a bit longer. Provided that

we achieve our goal of new longer-term financing, one of our key goals is to resume full capacity

production to hopefully minimize the disruption to our delivery timelines.

We will be following up with you again weekly on Friday, with more information and a further update

regarding Connect Homes, generally, and your home’s production schedule, more specifically.
