I am not offering any advise but I am informing you that Connect Homes assets have been assigned to an assignee for the benefit of creditors and Connect Homes company has been legally dissolved. To learn more please see below.
Please take notice that on January 15, 2025, Home EC Inc., dba Connect Homes, made a general assignment for the benefit of creditors. The assignee is EH-ORA ABC LLC, a California limited liability company. Information regarding the assignment and filing a proof of claim can downloaded from [ABC LANDING PAGE]. Pursuant to the assignment, Home EC Inc. transferred ownership of all of its rights in tangible and intangible assets to the assignee for liquidation. The assignee will liquidate assets, wind down Home EC Inc., and distribute any net liquidation proceeds to holders of allowed claims.
I am waiting on the web address to add to the above notice but wanted you to be aware before you waste more money going after assets that have been assigned to Connects main debt and lien holder.
